About the Role: We are looking for proactive and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for new starters to be part of a high-growth company, playing a key role in our continued success. No prior experience in the sector is required, as we provide full training and support to ensure your success in the role.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. Your energy, attitude, and determination will be the key to your success with us.
Key Responsibilities:
· Capitalise on existing leads and contacts to develop business opportunities.
· Identify and pursue new opportunities and clients within the house-building industry.
· Use industry publications and lead generation tools to target potential clients.
· Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to arrange meetings.
· Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
· Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and supporting documents to clients.
· Follow up on quotations and negotiations to secure new business deals.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-quality service delivery.
· Present monthly updates to company directors on progress and opportunities.
· Attend networking events, trade conferences, and industry meetings to expand connections.
