What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for managing and growing your own business area
• Overseeing operations, client relationships, and performance in your division
• Driving improvements, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable results
• Managing projects from start to finish with a high level of autonomy
• Leading and motivating a team as your business area expands
• Working alongside senior managers to shape strategy and support company-wide initiatives

• A recent graduate (any discipline considered) or an ambitious professional seeking a fast-track management career
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to lead and influence others
