You’ll work closely with our senior leadership team, receiving full training and mentoring, while being given the freedom to make an impact, lead initiatives, and grow into a future business leader. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on challenge and is excited by the chance to shape business performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for managing and growing your own business area
- Overseeing operations, client relationships, and performance in your division
- Driving improvements, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable results
- Managing projects from start to finish with a high level of autonomy
- Leading and motivating a team as your business area expands
- Working alongside senior managers to shape strategy and support company-wide initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate (any discipline considered) or an ambitious professional seeking a fast-track management career
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to lead and influence others
- Analytical, highly organised, and commercially aware
- Motivated by challenge, growth, and the chance to make a real impact

Pay: £25,000 - £30,000
