Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and confident individuals to join our team as Sales and Accounts Representatives. This is a relationship-focused role combining business development, account management, and client relationship building.
You will play a key role in developing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting business growth. The role involves regular communication with clients, attending meetings and industry events, and proactively identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Business Development & Sales
· Develop new business opportunities from existing leads and self-generated prospects.
· Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
· Book and attend meetings with prospective clients.
· Confidently make outbound calls to generate opportunities.
· Attend industry networking events and conferences.
Account Management & Relationships
· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
· Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain regular contact.
· Prepare proposals and supporting documentation.
· Support negotiations and follow up on opportunities.
· Ensure excellent client experience and service delivery.
Personal Performance & Development
· Follow proven company processes and sales methods.
· Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates.
· Work towards individual and team performance targets.
· Continuously develop commercial and communication skills.

Role Requirements:
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
· Comfortable with occasional overnight stays.
· Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £28,000 – £35,000 base + performance‑based bonuses (OTE £40,000 – £55,000+)
